Cancellation policy

The Mahjong Closet Society — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Memberships to The Mahjong Closet Society are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not generally refund membership fees already processed.

Upon cancellation:

• Monthly Closet Credit earning will stop.
• Any future Closet Refreshes or Vacation Drops that have not yet been completed may be canceled.
• Unused Closet Credits do not have cash value and may expire upon cancellation unless otherwise stated in the current Society Membership Terms.
• The eligible Mahjong collection currently in your possession is yours to keep when your membership ends.
• If a Closet Refresh return is already in transit or being processed, The Mahjong Closet may complete or cancel that Refresh depending on its status.
• Vacation Drops already shipped or in progress must still be returned according to the applicable return instructions.
• Any outstanding charges for missing, lost, or damaged Society items remain due after cancellation.

Founding Members: Founder status and the original Founder number remain permanently associated with the Founder even if membership is canceled or paused. Active membership benefits, including additional Refreshes, Vacation Drops, Founder-first access, and other annual privileges, require an active qualifying membership unless otherwise stated.

Membership tier changes, pauses, reactivations, and cancellations are subject to the current The Mahjong Closet Society Membership Terms.
