SHIPPING POLICY
At The Mahjong Closet, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared before shipment. Limited releases, preorders, personalized items, and high-demand launches may require additional processing time. Any special timing will be noted on the applicable product page or order confirmation.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Orders are shipped to eligible U.S. addresses using available carrier services. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.
CLOSET REFRESH SHIPPING
Closet Refreshes operate differently from standard orders.
Members returning an eligible collection will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Once the returned collection is received and processed, the next eligible collection will be prepared for shipment.
Members should use the designated Mahjong Closet packaging whenever possible to help protect the collection during transit.
VACATION DROPS
Vacation Drops may be shipped to approved U.S. destinations, including eligible hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, beach or lake houses, second homes, and other approved locations.
Members are responsible for providing accurate destination information and ensuring the destination can safely receive the shipment.
Vacation Drops are subject to availability, travel dates, destination approval, and applicable membership eligibility.
LOST OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact the carrier and hello@themahjongcloset.com so we can assist in reviewing the situation.
The Mahjong Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we will assist where reasonably possible.
